Morning...Much going on here today...gutters YEAH--also mailbox fell off yesterday--God knows the plows hit it enough...LOL
Carol--I hope she starts to feel better soon...she should just do as little as possible for the time being and try to chill--yes always hard on us parents...Glad you and hubby are having fun...
Kris, as to that poor girl--I wonder if they did tox on her hubby--distance the gun was shot from and oh so many questions running through this brain...
Yes, it is tough for my mom--she doesn't fully comprehend what might be happening and is so dependent so it is a little tough on me as well...getting old ain't for sissies..

much is discovered when the snow melts....gutters also collapsed on back of house...I found a few condos in Bethany Beach MD that look very nice...right on the bay--Calgon take me away...LOL

Good Morning, another beautiful day here. wesnt to the BW with the yongest daughter yesterday, it was obvious that many had had enough of cabin fever and needed the sun and salt air.
Therese, sure looks like you have your work cut out for you. Fix, it, list it sell it! !!!

As to moving...is on my agenda but one of my bros and SIL were here and we talked about it...we agreed that moving would be VERY disorienting for my mother as she is so familiar with her path to bathroom etc...new surroundings might not be a great idea for a while
But what beautiful weather..I am so grateful to God for this change...we all needed it!

Have jury duty tomorrow...have soo much work...so I had to come in today..ugh...and have a migraine right now..but hey the sun is out!!

Kris...migraines are a freaking nightmare...stress just makes them worse...Jury duty--God bless ya' I think I would either be the best or the worst juror in the world....I am still praying for peace for her family...just UGH

It felt great to get outside and do some yard work yesterday. Starting to work on the deck and getting my planting pots ready. Crocos' have started to come up..yeah !!
Jury duty. ugh. Have heard you can be called every 4 years and I have been called every 4 years since Shaggy was little ! have never had to serve as I was excused each time, all legitimate excuses. I know so many people who have never been called. Therese, just in case you don't know, you are excused.
Has anyone heard about the guy from Arkansas who died and had his dog buried with him? His last wish was to have his healthy dog put down because he felt "no one could love and take care of him like I could", selfish idiot !! In Arkansas there aren't any laws protecting the animals. I am wondering about all the other States.Where else is it ok to put a healthy animal down just because you feel like it?
As far as the murder in Pa goes, I guess they won't relese any info until their investigation is completed,. would like to see someone, such as JVM or Heraldo cover this story.

It just feels good to be able to GET outside--
I cannot imagine any vet that would allow that to happen--whoever put the dog down should meet the same fate...but sadly healthy cats and dogs are put down everyday because too many people don't neuter their animals...
Kris hope you are feeling better--God knows migraines are a nightmare...

Well, slept terrible last eve....very tired....and wouldn't you know it,,,I got pick..omg...i was the first one called...i swear...my luck...I might take a nap...am very tired...its so nice out but I might rest...those damn seats in there were rock hard...my azz hurts and my hip hurts...lol...talk later...no news on the girl yet...

Carol: That is what I told the only lady sitting beside me...next time I will!!! I was a little ticked while there...the row of grown adults in front of me would sit there and make fun of people as they walked through the door..and all laugh..and I knew them all..one is a nurse for the school dist...one was a teacher for the dist...and one was a librarian with the dist...I thought...oh my...what do they say about our poor children...I just could not believe it ..it really ticked me off...
No news on the poor girl...it is almost scary how quiet that entire thing is....
Mom is in Vegas....loosing her butt....lol...I miss her..but I have been to vegas too many times...and I just think it is a dirty town...you cannot even walk down the street that you don't have guys trying to shove dirty magazine at you...I will stick to AC....sounds like another trip coming after my duty call....lol...thats what my mom said and I was like that hey...I needed another excuse for time off...lol

Well....I was not surprised either...just upset...but I have to deal with 30 yr olds in my office that "know everything,,,they must have gotten there doctor, lawyer, you name it because there is nothing they don't know..on top of talking from 8-4:30..my throat would be dry if I talked that much..lmao.....well....I love AC...I am so hooked on the beach..just sit there...and dream...It is really not the slots ..just am stuck inside soo much at work...they when I go it forces me to be outside...love it...if I lived there..beach it would be.....
I am hoping to make short trip in May..then a longer one in maybe July...not sure....

Kris--if I hit the lottery I will send you a memory foam bed...it has made a HUGE difference but agree with Carol that a seat cushion would be a good idea...

I despertly need windows....my house was built in 1965..sooo I guess I would quality...huh..might have to check into that

Kris...I researched windows out the wazoo...I can even get them wholesale from a friend of my brother's but to have them installed, removed etc...its a lot...I am mtg company I am using tomorrow...277 installed, removed, vinyl foam--higher grade and soft low e than necessary for the 1500 tax credit..some of our windows are cracked and they're 52 years old I believe...gonna have to help my heating and cooling bills...this is the absolute best price and quality I could find--except the customer service sales lady is an azz...I am having the owner write in my contract that if I get the windows I get his cell and home phone numbers as I WILL NOT DEAL with her...she is THAT bad...UGH

Any windows that are at least a double paine window has to be efficient...I have single paine...and I can stand beside them and feel the cold...happy that you are getting them...I need windows and a new heating unit...my unit is also 45 yrs old....

yes I am pulling money out of the air..LOL...probably could have called my homeowners but some of the damage was existing and I really hate "using" the system so-to-speak....but a couple thousand more than I had expected...but with the windows I will get the 1500 credit so I think if you can swing it..its a good time to do it...so that is effectively making the windows cost 177 as I need 15--not getting my doors now though....are 30% so that is huge for me too...I do believe in a couple years they will pay for themselves...I hope anyway
Heater--LOL--still the original heater here as well...can't even think about that or I'd be in a sanitarium..LMAO
