  I will be leaving in about 3 weeks. I can almost feel the water around my feet as I speak! My mom is not a big fan of sitting by the beach, but I sure am. I am dog sitting the week before, son and wife are going away..so I promised to watch there new addition. He has to sleep with them because he cries all night in his cage, go figure..I will have Brock on one side of the bed and Jazper on the other side..omg..I will need a vacation!!!

  I have my coffee...and it's slowly seeping into my brain so that I can add to the thread topic. Found my camera wire and will post pics to show you all what I did this weekend. Today, I think I'm going to start painting my Great Grandma's wardrobe. I think I need a 1/2 day break from the sun. It pains me to be inside when it's so nice out though!

And cut out the holes to put the plants in.  Then I planted all of the veggies: tomatoes, 2 different types of peppers, string beans, zucchini and lettuce. There might be something else in there, but I don't remember. After planting all of them, I staked the tomatoes and added more soil to all of them. I actually had to SIT on the felt to do all of this......belly kept getting in the way!!

        Elvis had this fire pit when I moved in, and I decided to "build" a pit for it. Cleared out most of the rocks, and gathered up (very slowly and carefully) all of the extra paver stones we had. Spray painted them with High Temp spray paint, and laid them out. Also sprayed the fire pit to clean it up. Put the sand in, and the sprayed rocks.

  Ok..had crazy idea about going on amtrak to see fireworks at AC..coming back next morning...I know crazy huh..cost is crazy too..if I wasn't going in a few weeks though I would so spend the money..it would be like 200 for 3 people..

  Shaggy, I LOVE the wardrobe, it looks beautiful, Glad you gave in, white paint is a miracle worker on furniture.
  
  Hubby on vacation till Monday, will finish the deck ( hopefully) and hope to get to Island Beach State Park and get him on the River Belle for a totally relaxing day.

  Elvis is off on Thursday and Friday, so has a 4 day weekend. He really won't be relaxing though b/c he (and his friend) will be working on stuff here.
